Arrival

Please Arrive 15 minutes prior to your first treatment, allowing ample time to check-in, fill out a brief client information form and prepare for your treatment. Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment, reducing its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end on time so that the next guest is not delayed. 

Late Policy

Appointments missed by 15 minutes or more will be charged as full services.

Cancellation Policy

As a courtesy, a minimum 24 hour notice is required for cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. Late cancellations will be charged 50% of service value. All no-shows will be charged at full value.

• Please notify our Client Service Representatives before booking your treatments if you have high blood pressure or allergies; especially seafood allergies. Please advise of other health issues you may have, or if you are pregnant. Some health concerns may require a doctor’s clearance before a service can be performed. Booking an appointment with a specific therapist can be made for you if you ask for the therapist by name.
• Guests must be 12 years of age or older. We are unable to provide services to guests accompanied by children.
• We recommend that you pre-book your next appointment before you leave the facility to ensure that your desired time is obtained.
• Prices are subject to change without notice. There is a 7% tax on massage and body services. For our most current prices, see our spa menu.

I Have A Vito Mazza Gift Card. Do they expire?

Our gift cards never expire.  

Should I shave?

We recommend that you do not shave the day of your services.

I’m pregnant. Is it ok to have a massage?

It is not advisable to have a massage during the first trimester. After the first trimester, we offer pre-natal massage.

I’m a bit uncomfortable taking my clothes off when I go for a massage. Do I have to be completely naked to receive a massage?

No, you don’t have to take off more clothes than you are comfortable with to receive a massage. Talk to your therapist and he or she will adapt to your needs. The Therapist may not be able to use lotion or work as deeply, but they can adapt to your comfort level and still deliver a satisfying massage experience.

Do you offer “tantric/sensual” massage?

We absolutely do not offer tantric or sensual massage. We only provide professional, therapeutic massage by Licensed Massage Therapists.

Can men receive services?

Yes. We provide massage, facials, manicures, pedicures and waxing for men.

May I bring my daughter?

Yes, as long as she is 12 years of age or older and understand the peace and tranquility desired .
